Module Metadata Cleanup

This PR aims to clean up the metadata associated with our modules. Namely:

  • Remove leftover old Gamemode 4 logos and replace them with the "new" Gamemode 4 logo
  • Add a pack.png to modules missing a pack.png
  • Update the module recommendations of most modules

The latter is a massive task and this PR does not yet cover all modules, at may not ever cover all modules. Collaborators welcome.
