PresentMon 2.3.1 Displays No Statistics

I've tested in Star Trek Online (D3D11 SDR) and Cyberpunk 2077 (D3D12 HDR), running both with and without admin rights, and this was the result:

PresentMon 2.3.0 worked fine.

As you can see, MSI Afterburner/RTSS works fine.

System Specs: CPU = AMD Ryzen 7 5800XT GPU = ASUS ROG RTX 3070 Ti (latest hotfix driver from NVIDIA - 576.66) RAM = 64GB DDR4-3600 OS = Windows 10 x64 22H2
