CPUStartTime does not start at 0 on consoleapp

For the CSV output via the console application, CPUStartTime appears to be the time in which the console application was started, not when the recording was started (when using hotkey). Can this be updated to reflect start time when a recording was started?

In the UI application, starting a new recording via hotkey does start that column at 0
