(Re-)Implement triggering the capture with a hotkey (CLI) / Allow specifying the process name to be captured manually (GUI)

The hotkey functionality has been (and still is) available in the original PresentMon however, it has been removed from the Intel version. Since it is more or less essential for benchmarking, please re-enable it if possible.

As for the GUI itself, currently there are two methods available for attaching to / specifying the process to be captured; either through the utilization based "Auto" -targeting, or by selecting the desired process from the drop-down menu.

The "Auto" -targeting method is far from flawless, and the obvious fault with the current manual selection method (from the drop-down) is that the process must exists at present. Ideally, it would accept a process name as an input (e.g., AAGame.exe) and attach to the process by this name, as soon as it exists. This has been the standard functionality in some of the other PresentMon based implementations (e.g., OCAT) since forever, and in my opinion is the only reliable / ideal way to handle the process targeting.
