PresentMon CSV logging fails on Windows 7

I'm not sure if PresentMon supports Windows 7 anymore, if that is the case then this issue can be closed.

Using the arguments below, PresentMon does not even create a CSV on any version higher than version 1.6.0 (everything works fine on version 1.6.0 and lower). I am using the binary provided in the releases tab.

PresentMon.exe -multi_csv -no_top -track_debug -hotkey "f10" -delay 2 -timed 30
