7dtd Added this setting in A21.2

I've been having a super hard time load any of the 7dtd forums this week but I think this post might talk about it: https://community.7daystodie.com/topic/33895-a212-exp-release-death-penalty-setting/

I wasn't sure what rules were being used to decide on when to wrap lines, I just eye balled it :crossed_fingers:
