Erorr in Widows 10 and 11

Hi when run ChromeDriver in windows 10 and 11

Chrome: 129.0.6668.71 ChromeDriver: 129.0.6668.70

Starting ChromeDriver 129.0.6668.71 (369c6304b45dc2746ba231c5edfc4bbe1657a98f-refs/branch-heads/6738@{#1}) on port 0 and Erorr REST request failed: Error sending data: (12029) A connection with the server could not be established. but WIndows 7 OK
