Update user role after added

As a form manager, I'd like to be able to edit user roles after they've been added.

It allows me to set the role when I add them, but after they're added I can't change their role. I imagine a dropdown in the user list table that would let me do this.

This is typically accomplished by Deleting the user's permission, then immediately re-adding, with the updated role.

Is this related to a user in another organization? (implying you aren't able to easily re-add that user)
