Remove EDIT button from Dataset template

Users should not edit dataset metadata by hand as it will be overwritten by the harvester. This button should be removed from the UI as clicking into it also causes a 500 error.

How to reproduce

  1. Login as sysadmin.
  2. Visit any dataset
  3. Click edit button

Expected behavior

  1. Users should not see a 500 error.
  2. Users should not edit metadata manually.
