Good mention, @JJediny We have reviewed this previously but haven't pursued it further. In essence, GSA as an agency would publish and maintain an apis.json file to publicize our resources. It would be similar in that way to the open source inventory published at https://gsa.gov/code.json.

So from an API standards perspective, it wouldn't be something for API producers to create. It would be managed at the agency level.
