Add Python 3.12 testing

This will have to wait. As of now, geomstats doesn't support Python 3.12. Judging by this, it's already in their main, but it hasn't been in any release yet.

On GitHub, building robust-laplacian also fails, which doesn't seem to happen for me locally.
