Profiles fail to open

Radeon GPU Profile fails to open a profile (.rgp): image

Similar error in Radeon Memory Visualizer (.rmv): amd_radeon_memory

Running version RadeonDeveloperToolSuite-2024-04-18-1396. New install with no older versions installed. Also updated to Adrenaline 24.5.1 Windows 11 Pro 23H2

Pre-RDNA GPU hardware is no longer supported in current versions of RGP. Looks like you are using an older APU (device ID 15E7, revision id C5 is a GFX9-based APU).

To use RGP with this hardware, please try the Radeon Developer Tool Suite release from last October. It should still support the older hardware.

Thanks Chris, I'm on a laptop with AMD Ryzen 5 7530U with Radeon Graphics from last year.

I tried the older version but my app fails to launch with Developer Panel set to record profiling. image
