GenerateSolution.bat fails while trying to initialize the cauldron submodule

In the latest release of of FSR (v2.2.0a) running the GenerateSolutions.bat file fails with the following error message:

Checking pre-requisites...
   CMake      - Ready.
File: common.cmake  doesn't exist in '.\libs\cauldron\'  -  Initializing submodule...

fatal: not a git repository (or any of the parent directories): .git
fatal: not a git repository (or any of the parent directories): .git

'..\libs\cauldron\common.cmake is still not there.'
Could not initialize submodule. Make sure all the submodules are initialized and updated.
Exiting...

The same issue occurs whether you download the release .zip via the "Releases" page here, or manually clone the git repository.

You may check the cauldron folder, it may be empty. If so, you may download this file again.
