trainv and test on VOC2007 map only 0.76

i have trained on VOC2007 data as baseline,I used the original framework and all parameters remain unchanged by default. but i can ealy get 0.76 map on VOC2007.who can tell me why?

0.805 is trained on VOC07&VOC12, and test on voc07
