provide warnings for missing start / stop codon similar to what we do for non-canonical splice sites, and potentially with a slightly different icon

give a different warning for rare but acceptable splice-site donors?
I'd prefer it it either accommodated the most common non-canonical splice consensuse sequence GC-AG to give more emphasis between rare but acceptable splice donors and random sequences
