SRTM limits in Northern hemisphere

Getting this as response for request to:

https://api.openrouteservice.org/elevation/line

Is there a way to switch dataset? I see SRTM is the only one listed. How come the route planner on https://maps.openrouteservice.org/ gets elevation in northern Sweden?
