del / rm improvements

del is slower than pwoershell's Remove-Item '.\node_modules' -Recurse becase it outputs all to console you can output errors only but it doesnt show which file is problematic

with powershell's remove-item only errors are outputted by default. in v5 / windows10 its as fast as del command.
