App/Module/Plugin can use thier own TTS Engine.
Configuration option by which each App/Plugin/Module can use their own TTS engine. For example:- RoboCop interact with user in Female voice but reporting weather in Male voice.
All is possible with configuration. Following are the TTS used : pico-tts, espeak-tts, espeak-ng-tts, flite-tts, festival-tts, mary-tts, bing-tts, google-tts.
festival-tts voice is my own voice.
pico-tts, espeak-tts, espeak-ng-tts, flite-tts, festival-tts, mary-tts, bing-tts, google-tts. ==> why we are using all those TTS? and not a single TTS instead? what is the purpose of using all those TTS?
Not all of them are in use. Mostly offline TTS like pico-tts, espeak-tts, espeak-ng-tts, flite-tts and festival-tts.

what is a use of pico-tts and why you used it? same for espeak-tts, espeak-ng-tts, flite-tts?
why not one common TTS for all?
