Unable to enable SMTP when registering an account

only see that I can use SMTP to retrieve my password, and I cannot enable SMTP when registering my account

Feature was removed after a poll (most didn't want it) If the register module is rewritten, I can think about it again

There should be a configuration file as before, allowing for free selection of whether to enable or not

SMTP for e-mail confirmation is very necessary.
