Performance of Applications and Tenants

Description

If I load 20K applications and 20K tenants, the FusionAuth Admin UI is slow to respond (certain pages can take 5s or more to load and login to the index admin UI page takes 2+ minutes)

This is likely related to the following performance enhancements being considered.

This testing was completed in the latest hackfest and on version 1.57.0 and 1.60.2 (with slight improvements in page load on the latter version)

Edit: the Admin UI page is particularly slow to load with many Tenants and Applications.
Workaround: is to login and then while waiting for the index page to load, navigate to another faster loading page.
