Trying to save an advanced theme with missing messages leads to a validation error that could be more prominent

Problem

After upgrading, an advanced theme may be missing messages. Trying to save that theme without adding the new messages to the default messages leads to a validation error and the save fails. This is hard to detect in the theme editor.

Solution

Make that error message more prominent.
