Store spice in silos

  • [x] ability to build a Spice Silo
  • [ ] Spice Silo and Refinery increases Spice Storage Capacity
  • [ ] Harvester brings Spice, which will be added to storage.
  • [ ] Currently Amount of credits could be seen as the amount of spice stored. Ie, the storage is the max amount of credits a player can have.
