what is projvec_targets.npy and histone_inds.npy

I am training the Sei model and predicting variant effects in cattle, but I found the script contains "projvec_targets.npy" and histone_inds.npy. I am wondering how I can prepare these two files? Can you provide some codes and protocols to prepare them? Thanks!
