Hello! Is it possible to obtain output similar to that of https://hb.flatironinstitute.org/sei/, option Beluga. Files like: xx_FEATURE_evalue.tsv, xx_FEATURE_zscore.tsv etc. ? What would be the sequence of calls and output files? Thank you in advance.
