preprocessInput_snv error

Hello,

I'm new to Palimpsest and I'm trying to preprocess and annotate input data but I have an error that I don't understand. I tried with other data and it worked. Any suggestion ?

Hi, Thanks for reaching out. If the function works for the "other data", it seems that this data is compliant with the format required. I would highly suggest following the input data format as explained here- https://github.com/FunGeST/Palimpsest#input-files Some other important criteria would be to make sure the correct versions of the gene table (ensgene) and reference genome are loaded as per your input data.
