Calculating ntot for your software

Hello

I am trying to figure out how I can get the ntot required for clonality analysis

I have ploidy, purity, major and minor allele copy number

I googled for ntot which googling showed that is internal total copy number but I don't know how to get that from SCAT output I have

Please can you help me to get that to run clonal analysis on my data?

ntot is simply the sum of the minor and major allele copy number. More information on each column required can be found in the read me
