docs: Add Sway By Example, Sway Standards, Sway Libs

These tests recently started having issues, it's on my todo list to check them out soon. They aren't required though.

Regarding these links, I think it makes more sense to have all of these links in a prominent place in the Sway book - it feels like a lot of links to have here, and a lot for new devs to miss in the Sway book. In the longer term, I think we should try to combine more of these resources so the Sway docs aren't so fragmented.

Perhaps under a drop down that can be added in the future so it's 1 click away? A quick link to these resources should be provided without having to stumble across it in the Sway docs.
