We love your product and we are using it in Production on our website (leoparo.com). For some reason, I tried to sign-in (using this email - [email protected]), and I saw I got banned from your service.

Could you please tell me the reason for the ban and whether I may appeal or reinstate the account? Here is a screenshot:
