How can I get .ply corresponding to .pdb as provided in download dataset? In other words, how does this work convert pdb to ply?

Hi @phdymz,

If I understand you correctly you're asking where the ply files come from. In dMaSIF we only really use the ply files for comparison to the generated point clouds, these ply files come from a previous work of ours https://github.com/LPDI-EPFL/masif
