`TranslateTitlesCN` Translates Titles to Chinese

TranslateTitlesCN is a plugin developed for FreshRSS that translates the titles of articles in a given subscription feed into Chinese. Users can choose to use either DeeplX or Google Translate services to accomplish the translation.
