Describe the bug

When you use other governors (schduetil, performance) except the energy_adaptive governor, the device shuts down and the boot animation remains dull in dim light. Also, I cannot adjust the GPU or CPU frequency as I want. They fall automatically. I would be happy if you fix it in the new update. Also, if you can, can you make overclocked versions of these kernels?
