HTTP-Fehler 500.19 - Internal Server Error

if i start hatt on window10 i get this error: HTTP-Fehler 500.19 - Internal Server Error url: http://wails.localhost:80/ errorcode: 0x80070003 configuration-file could not be read configuration-file: \?\C:\inetpub\wwwroot\web.config

I do not have access to a windows machine and never heard of this bug. It sounds like something that would rather be related to wails though, not Hatt.
