you are talking about the window's top bar right ? If so, idk if it should change in the first place. I'm not aware of any program that does so

Oh indeed, my bad. I was not aware as I do not have window bars on my OS. I'll look into it, thanks for reporting the issue

this is more related to the WM. But I'm using an arch linux fork, with bspwm
