Localize the website

Feature request: If possible (and if you have the time for it), it would be great, to have localized versions of the FreeTube's website, which would automatically "translate" according to user's locale settings of the browser.

For translations of necessary strings, you could define another Weblate's component, e.g. Website. (I don't know if it fits into FreeTube's Weblate account!)

I'm sorry, I'm not a programmer, so I can't really help to develop what I'm proposing ... :-( It's just an idea, but I don't know how to implement it ...

It seems to be more difficult and time consuming than it needs to be to implement this (php is weird with localizations)
