[Feature Request]: The ability to import playlists from Newpipe backups

Problem Description

With the advent of playlist support coming, one feature I propose is the ability to import playlists from Newpipe, this would allow for a more seamless experience when jumping between Freetube and Newpipe, rather than needing to maintain two separate playlist sets between the both of them.

Proposed Solution

Reading the data from the backup archive and importing them, much in the same way that subscriptions are handled, maybe giving an option to choose data to import when selecting that.

Alternatives Considered

Alternatively it could also just import playlists when importing subscriptions from Newpipe, depending on how they save those.

I hope it's the right place here since I think it belongs too to NewPipe and their Backup package. It would be additional amazing because of the same reasons if the history from NewPipe could be imported to FreeTube too and vice versa. Maybe you could integrate it that way that you can export the FreeTube database in the same way NewPipe does this so they are compatible.
