[Feature Request]: Option to add bookmarks to certain parts of the video

Problem Description

Whenever I am attending a lecture/important video , I like to bookmark at certain timestamps and return to it later

Proposed Solution

Add an option to add bookmarks to a certain time of the video.

Alternatives Considered

While using youtube on web, I use an extension named bookmark it . It lets me bookmark any part of the video and even shows it on the video progress bar
