Force Password Change

Might be a good 'nanny' feature to force admin password change on first login to UI. I realize that one should just do it right away, but I can count 11+ servers out there in the wild that have left their default creds wide open presently. Not sure if this belongs in the UI git or here. I can move it if need be.

this is a good idea, moving the request to the Ui project

@mighkel : we now generate the admin password in ZT, this should address the main issue
