Windows build does not include the `typing_extensions` module

The IFC Exporter imports the typing_extensions module, which is not included in the weekly Windows build, see screenshot below.

To Reproduce

1. Download new weekly build for Windows and extract
2. Open any FreeCAD file
3. Export any Part as Industry Foundation Classes (IFC)
4. See error
