Add dependencies command line for Ubuntu 24.04
I see you've kept the QtWebEngine dependencies in there -- was that intentional? Also, we shouldn't need python3-markdown or python3-git anymore either.
Hmm, they could likely go. This was just what I used successfully 3 days ago, I didn't try to minimize it. Leave it, I'll try for a minimal version in a VM in a day or two.
