I'm moving this to Draft status: I view the development of this section of the Handbook basically the purview of the UI/UX Working Group, so until they are prepared to review and comment, I don't think we should merge it.

Is this still relevant? It has been in draft for 8 months without feedback. @FreeCAD/design-working-group any feedback?
