BUG: Audio

This is more complicated, I've switched to just using script player for these type of files, so both are related to external players.

mp3 playback mode completely borks and does nothing while external player connected audio device is so far out of sync, like 2500ms, but! if you scrub around the file jumping to another spot you might like better, then the script delay might be 2500 again, or it might be 3000 or 2000, or 2215.

now I'll say this is super low priority for me now that I have started using playlists. I just wanted to document it. I'll also toss in a minor apology for putting all my ideas out in one day, i thought splitting them all out would make it easier to trace and prioritize. I also plan to put the word out about mp3 sync in a few places, so perhaps a few smarter people than I can contribute more directly to audio enhancement in scriptplayer.

I can confirm that E-Stim audio files (mp3 files) are not played when using an external player.

@FredTungsten By just squinting at the code, I suspect the reason is that LoadVideo() calls TryFindMatchingAudio() right after TryFindMatchingScript, but OnVideoFileOpened() does not. It's just a guess though :)
