[Feature Request] Separte Blacklist and Whitelist for each feed

Title is self-explanatory. Though, I am probably asking for more than one new feature. I would love to have the option to blacklist or whitelist for each feed separately.

I have a few different feeds, on different topics, and everyone has their own way of writing titles, so limiting the blacklist and white list to specific feed will make sure I don't accidentally miss items from other feeds.
