Binary releases?

I'd like to add cw to package managers such as Scoop. Would it possible to create release binaries?

It is pretty straightforward to set up CD with GitHub Actions - see https://github.com/SuperCuber/dotter/blob/master/.github/workflows/build-for-release.yml for example.
