Allow the sidebar to float above the content

Is this possible to implement in Pale Moon with TGS? The “Floating Panel” option allows the panels to overlay the open website, rather than causing a page resize as you open and close it.

Probably not, but I thought I should ask anyway. TGS is great, thank you.
