API v6 discontinuation

Apparently API v6 is being removed ~~on May 1st, 2022~~ sometime in 2023 (the deadline was extended).

  • [ ] Finish Discore v5
  • [ ] Backport API v8 to Discore 4.x?
  • [ ] Make plans for API v10 (the new recommended since v8 is deprecated now)
