Support elementary OS in combined.sh?

I would love to use combined.sh, but elementary OS isn't supported.

Since it's based on Ubuntu would there be any way to make combined.sh think I'm running Ubuntu? Or is there an easy way to add support for derivatives?

Should be easy enough, no ETA on when I will have time, but it's doable.
