Request: add the library part of this to crates.io, and link to it

I want to use part of the framework_lib in another Rust project, without using the CLI. It would be awesome if you added a README in the framework_lib folder, and set it up to appear on crates.io, with at least a bit of auto-generated documentation and a link to said auto-generated documentation.
