[Feature Request] BIOS adding ReBAR toggle

I'm not sure where I can submit a feature request for the Core Ultra Series 1 FW13, so I'm posting this here. Does the FW13 support ReBAR, and would it be possible to add the toggle/functionality in a future BIOS update? I currently use an eGPU, so this feature would be extremely helpful to have.
