This mod together with Visual Snowy Leaves cause an error on 1.21.4

When the game launches it gets stuck on the Mojang logo and the loading bar. If I also use a mod which removes said screen, I can see that Minecraft gives a "Resource reload failed" message in the top right. The version of this mod is 0.11.3, and the version of Visual Snowy Leaves is 0.4.3. Will also report this on their github page.
