[Bug/Urgent] Duplicate any item with rear attachment with container.

1. Put something in the rear container
2. Use end pearl chamber or tpa command teleport away while still opening the gui
3. The chunk unloaded so the item become two sets.

Could you please fix this? It happened on my server
